Job title: NQ Family Solicitor
Location: Reading
Salary: £48,000- £55,000
PQE Level: NQ+ PQE

A well‑established and highly regarded Thames Valley law firm is seeking a Family Solicitor (NQ-2 PQE) to join its busy and supportive Family team. This role offers an excellent platform for a junior lawyer to build strong foundations in family law, working closely with experienced senior practitioners on a broad range of matters, including complex children work.

You will assist on an agreed caseload, manage files efficiently, and deliver high standards of client care while developing your technical and interpersonal skills. The team is collaborative, values professionalism and approachability, and places genuine emphasis on long‑term career development and work‑life balance.

The ideal candidate will have completed family seats during training, enjoy working as part of a team, and demonstrate enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering high‑quality client service.
