Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City law firm
Salary: £70,000-£90,000
PQE Level: 5-8 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time

Firm:

  • Our longstanding client, a boutique and fast-growing City law firm.

Role:
Advising across contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for privately owned companies and HNWIs across employers and senior executives.

  • Managing employment tribunal claims
  • Settlement agreements
  • Ongoing employment advice including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, discrimination
  • Some corporate support e.g. TUPE
  • Supervising more junior staff

Key attractions:

  • Breadth of respondent and claimant and non-contentious and contentious work

Successful candidate:

  • Minimum 5 PQE as an England & Wales qualified solicitor
  • Minimum 5 years employment law experience gained within a UK law firm across both contentious and non-contentious
  • Must be working for a dedicated employment law team within a UK law firm
