Job Title: Employment Associate- Boutique City law firm
Salary: £70,000-£90,000
PQE Level: 5-8 PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Firm:
- Our longstanding client, a boutique and fast-growing City law firm.
Role:
Advising across contentious and non-contentious employment law matters for privately owned companies and HNWIs across employers and senior executives.
- Managing employment tribunal claims
- Settlement agreements
- Ongoing employment advice including disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, discrimination
- Some corporate support e.g. TUPE
- Supervising more junior staff

Successful candidate:
- Minimum 5 PQE as an England & Wales qualified solicitor
- Minimum 5 years employment law experience gained within a UK law firm across both contentious and non-contentious
- Must be working for a dedicated employment law team within a UK law firm
