Job Summary
Job Title: Support Worker
Location: Truro
Salary: £12.50 per hour + £65 per sleep-in shift
Overtime: Time and a half after 37.5 hours/week
Hours: Full-time and Part-time available (including weekends) Shifts: 8am–10pm, 8am–3pm, 3pm–10pm (with sleep-ins for shorter shifts)
Join a trauma-informed residential care service in Truro supporting children and young people with complex emotional and behavioural needs. As a Support Worker, you’ll help create a safe, nurturing environment, enabling young people to thrive. You’ll work directly with them, supporting daily routines, education, health, emotional wellbeing, and relationships, in line with individual care plans and regulatory frameworks.
