What You’ll Do
- Lead the day-to-day running of the studio, ensuring a seamless and high-quality customer journey
- Drive membership growth and retention through engaging local marketing and community-building initiatives
- Motivate and manage a passionate team of trainers and front-of-house staff
- Monitor financial performance, staffing, scheduling, and service standards
- Act as the face of the brand, delivering energy, enthusiasm and results
About You
- 2+ years’ experience in management – open to backgrounds
- A natural leader who thrives on motivating others and creating a strong team culture
- Commercially minded, with a focus on hitting KPIs and driving revenue
- A passion for fitness, wellness, and delivering an exceptional client experience
- Confident, approachable, and always ready to lead from the front
