Description
The Strategic OD Business Partner will:
- Develop and implement organisational development strategies aligned with business goals.
- Lead workforce planning initiatives to ensure future readiness and capability.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to drive cultural and behavioural change.
- Design and deliver employee engagement programmes to improve satisfaction and retention.
- Provide expert advice on leadership development and talent management strategies.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of OD initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Manage a small team of advisors.
- Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion throughout all HR activities.
Profile
A successful Strategic OD Business Partner should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience in organisational development or strategic HR roles within the public sector.
- Strong knowledge of workforce planning and change management principles.
- Proven ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders effectively.
- A track record of implementing successful employee engagement initiatives.

Job Offer
- A competitive salary of approximately £52,000-£57,000 per annum.
