The client is a leading organisation within the Retail industry with international presence. Due to continued growth they are looking for a Senior Sales Order Processor to join them on a permanent basis to be based in their office in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B Sales Order Processing, as well as having excellent customer service skills.

Description

As a Senior Sales Order Processor, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for any incoming customer queries, via phone, email or online
  • Manage the Sales Order Processing process from end to end, ensuring communication with all parties and to resolve and communicate any delays
  • Maintain strong customer relationships with key customers
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team
  • Reporting on stock levels
  • Liaise closely with supply chain team to ensure orders are delivered on time and in full

Profile

The ideal candidate will:

  • Be an experienced customer service professional ideally with B2B Order Processing experience
  • Friendly, approachable with excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient with IT and inputting data on systems, as well as MS Office
  • Self motivated and willing to learn
  • Live locally to Milton Keynes
