We are seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, elevate standards, and support the continued growth of the business. You will be instrumental in refining SOPs, strengthening the brand proposition, and ensuring consistency across the estate as the business scales.
This is a hands-on leadership role within a fast-paced, high-energy environment. The successful candidate will be commercially astute, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. Strong experience managing high-volume hospitality operations, including late-night trading, is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading multi-site operations across a growing restaurant group.
- Driving sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Developing and embedding SOPs to support future expansion.
- Helping shape and enhance the overall brand and guest experience.
- Overseeing high-volume venues, including late-night and events-led operations.
- Working closely with senior leadership to support strategic growth plans.
- Delivering training and development initiatives across teams.
- Building a culture of accountability, engagement, and high performance.
- Ensuring strong commercial results across food, beverage, and events.
- Maintaining operational consistency across all sites.
The ideal candidate will currently be operating at Operations Manager, Operations Director, or Senior Operations Manager level, with a proven track record of driving growth within a premium restaurant or hospitality brand. Experience within experiential, high-energy venues is highly desirable, alongside confidence managing businesses with individual site turnovers exceeding £3 million.
You will be a commercially minded leader who enjoys being visible within the operation, leading from the front, and developing high-performing teams. This opportunity is ideally suited to someone looking for a long-term role within an expanding business, bringing both operational discipline and creative thinking to help elevate the brand.
