Description
- Spearhead financial modelling and forecasting activities.
- Support year-end statutory and audit requirements as required.
- Oversee budgeting processes and financial performance analysis.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial efficiencies.
- Partner with non-finance departments to improve financial literacy across the organisation.
- Prepare and report on monthly performance including actuals, forecasts and budgets to senior managers with supporting information and narrative within deadlines.

Profile
A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
- Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of Power BI
Job Offer
- Competitive salary in the range of £45,969 to £51,077
- Employer pension contribution of 6% – 9%.
