Description

  • Spearhead financial modelling and forecasting activities.
  • Support year-end statutory and audit requirements as required.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and financial performance analysis.
  • Drive cost-saving initiatives and financial efficiencies.
  • Partner with non-finance departments to improve financial literacy across the organisation.
  • Prepare and report on monthly performance including actuals, forecasts and budgets to senior managers with supporting information and narrative within deadlines.

Profile

A successful Senior Finance Business Partner should have:

  • A professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, ACA or equivalent).
  • Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Power BI

Job Offer

  • Competitive salary in the range of £45,969 to £51,077
  • Employer pension contribution of 6% – 9%.
  • Discretionary bonus scheme.

  • 26 days annual leave plus bank holidays, with service-related increase up to 30 days.
