Salary: £40,000 + Service Charge

My client is looking for a Restaurant Manager to join their team at this Boutique 4* hotel in central London. This is an amazing opportunity for someone looking to bring their expertise and skills to the unique hotel. As Restaurant Manager you will oversee the development & training of the team along with bringing the service levels to the highest standards.

About the position
- Manage and training the team to the highest level of consistency
- Manage the P&L, forecasting and budgeting
- Oversee the F&B outlets
- Take responsibility of the rota and the recruitment for the department
- Interact with guests and lead by example
- Report to the Operations Manager
The successful candidate
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Experience in a hotel would benefit
- Experience catering for events
- A born leader with a can-do attitude
- Strong knowledge of the industry and drive for best service
- A dynamic and motivated individual
- Someone with a passion for F&B
