We are seeking a dedicated Reporting Finance Business Partner to join our esteemed Accounting & Finance department. This role focuses on financial reporting, strategic advising, and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders.

Our client is a well-established Housing Association. They are a large organisation known for their significant contributions to the community and their commitment to making a positive impact on society. They have a well-established commercial business from which they reinvest surpluses to support the provision of below market-rent homes across London.
Description
- Deliver comprehensive financial reports to stakeholders
- Provide strategic financial advice to support decision making
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Use Power BI and MS Dynamics 365 for financial modelling and analysis
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
- Ensure all financial activities comply with organisational policies and regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational goals
Profile
A successful Reporting Finance Business Partner should have:
- Working towards or holds a recognised accounting qualification such as (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CIPFA)
- Exceptional skills in Power BI and MS Dynamics 365
- Strong financial reporting and strategic advising capabilities
- Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with stakeholders
- A strong commitment to contributing to the not for profit sector
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify process improvements
Job Offer
- A competitive salary in the range of £40,500 – £50,000
