- Manage the reconciliation of property accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Oversee tenant billing and ensure timely collection of rental income.
- Maintain and update property budgets, addressing variances as needed.
- Support the preparation of VAT returns and other regulatory submissions.

Profile
A successful Property Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification or relevant degree in Accounting & Finance.
- Property accounting experience, including RICS service charge
- Proficiency using Qube accounting software.
- A thorough understanding of financial reporting standards and regulations.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvements.
