Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of executives.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organizing and prioritizing tasks to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Assisting with ad hoc projects, event planning, and team coordination.

Profile

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role, ideally within the retail sector.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • A positive, can-do attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
