Description
- Oversee all financial operations within the organisation
- Develop and implement effective financial strategies
- Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to help the company make well-informed decisions
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards
- Prepare and present financial reports
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process
- Provide leadership to the finance team
- Liaise with external auditors and manage internal controls
Profile
A successful Part Time Head of Finance should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Professional certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent
- Proven experience in a senior financial role
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and accounting processes
- Excellent strategic planning skills
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
