Description
- Purchase and sales ledger processing
- Processing invoices, POs and SOs
- Effectively handling customer and supplier queries
- Assisting with credit control
- Bank and statement reconciliation
- Ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service
- Liaising with internal teams
Profile
A successful Part-time Accounts Assistant should have:
- Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
Job Offer
- Part-time role – 3 days per week (on-site)
- £27,000 – £29,000 (full time equivalent)
