Description

  • Purchase and sales ledger processing
  • Processing invoices, POs and SOs
  • Effectively handling customer and supplier queries
  • Assisting with credit control
  • Bank and statement reconciliation
  • Ensuring a high level of accuracy and customer service
  • Liaising with internal teams

Profile

A successful Part-time Accounts Assistant should have:

  • Previous experience in a similar accounting or finance role, preferably in the industrial/manufacturing sector.
  • A strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Job Offer

  • Part-time role – 3 days per week (on-site)
  • £27,000 – £29,000 (full time equivalent)
