Description
The Management Accountant will have a key role within the Accounting department, supporting the Financial Controller with a range of duties including:
- Preparing monthly management accounts and financial reports.
- Assisting in budgeting and forecasting activities.
- Providing financial analysis to support key business decisions.
- Ensuring financial compliance and maintaining internal controls.
- Collaborating with other departments to improve financial processes.
- Participating in financial audits.
- Developing and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders.
- Supporting wider team with day to day accounting duties.
- Contributing to the overall objectives of the Accounting & Finance Department.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
- Proven experience in month end reporting.
- Expertise in financial reporting and compliance.
- Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Job Offer
