Oversee core accounting tasks such as month-end close, accounting projects like process improvement, automation and integration

Provide analysis and insight to support decision-making across the business.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to ensure strong financial governance and control

Identify and implement opportunities to streamline, simplify, and automate finance processes.

Contribute to broader finance projects aimed at improving consistency and performance in reporting.
- Manage a small team (depending on level and experience)
Profile

Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)

Strong background in management accounting

Solid understanding of accounting standards

Confident working with financial systems, able to adapt easily to new ones

Advanced Excel skills

Excellent communicator, able to build relationships and influence across teams.

Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Job Offer
– Salary: £45,000 – £65,000 (depending on level and experience)
