Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and emergency maintenance on mechanical, electrical, and water systems.

Requirements:
- Relevant qualification in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Proficient in using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
