Description

  • Presentation of correspondence and documents.
  • Handle confidential documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare legal documents and reports.
  • Diary Management.
  • Creating bundles.
  • Administrative duties such as filing and photocopying.
  • Coordinate with clients and manage client relationships.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in legal regulations.

Profile

A successful Legal Secretary should have:

  • Prior experience in a similar role within the Legal sector.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Outlook, case management systems, and digital dictation.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
