Our client is looking for two Legal Secretaries – one in the court team and one in the conveyancing team

Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents and correspondence, including contracts, pleadings, and court filings

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for attorneys

File legal documents with courts

Maintain and organize legal files, records, and databases in both physical and digital formats

Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct messages appropriately
-
Track deadlines and ensure timely submissions of legal documents

Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, mailing, and ordering office supplies

Assist with time entry and billing processes, as needed

An experienced Legal Secretary
They have two roles –
one in Family Law / Court
