As a Legal Personal Assistant, you will be the cornerstone of daily operations, ensuring the directors are fully supported and the office runs smoothly. Description
Legal PA – Key Responsibilities:
- Efficiently manage the directors’ diaries, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Serve as a first point of contact for clients and stakeholders, maintaining a professional and approachable manner.
- Coordinate and prioritise incoming communication, ensuring all deadlines and actions are met.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, including agenda preparation, minute-taking, and follow-up actions.
- Handle general office tasks such as filing, billing, and managing expenses.
Profile
About You:
- Previous experience as a Legal PA or in a similar role within a professional services environment.
- Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively under pressure.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal software (preferred).
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive mindset with a keen eye for detail and a can-do attitude.
