Description
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate system functionality and performance.
- Lead testing efforts across multiple projects within the technology department.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and best practices in testing processes.
- Implement test automation strategies to optimise testing efficiency and coverage.
- Analyse test results and provide detailed reports to key stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality assurance.
- Continuously review and improve testing frameworks and methodologies.
