An interim HR Shared Services Team Lead to:

  • Lead and manage the HR Shared Services team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
  • Ensure the timely processing of all HR-related documentation.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the management of employee data and records.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance HR processes and systems.
  • Manage escalated HR issues and queries.
  • Promote a positive company culture and values.
  • Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for senior management.

Profile

An Interim HR Shared Services Team Lead with:

  • Previous experience in a similar HR role within the Not For Profit sector.
  • Shared services experience
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  • Able to start immediately

Job Offer

  • London Based
  • Hybrid Working
  • Up to £40,000 per annum
