Description

An Interim HR Data Analyst to:

  • Lead on HR reporting and data analytics.
  • Provide reports on areas such as D&I, Gender Pay gap and bench-marking.
  • Gather, analyse, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports for internal stakeholders, using Power BI and Excel.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in workforce data.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to streamline data processes and reporting structures, to create automation.
  • Support ad-hoc data analysis requests and projects within the HR department.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance HR practices and decision-making.
  • Interpret data reports to present trends and patterns
  • Utilise data tools to improve efficiency’s and support organisational goals.
  • Partner with stakeholders to understand data reporting requirements
  • Develop and improve reporting within the HRIS.

Profile

A successful Interim HR Data Analyst should have:

  • A strong background in data analysis and reporting
  • Strong experience using Excel, Power BI and creating dashboards.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and data management tools.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Open to all sector backgrounds

Job Offer

  • Interim HR Data Analyst
  • Up to £260 per day dependent on experience
  • Based in London with hybrid working
  • Immediate Start / at short notice
