Description
- Managing a small team of 3 within the finance team
- Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting & finance department
- Preparing and presenting financial reports to the board
- Ensuring compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
- Engaging with stakeholders on current and future financial plans
- Implementing cost-reducing strategies
- Assessing financial risks and opportunities
- Contributing to the overall company strategy across all departments
Profile
A successful Interim Head of Finance should have:
- CCAB qualified
- A strong background in the property industry
