The Role
- Supporting the HR & Training Manager with all HR functions, including recruitment, training, onboarding, employee welfare and any other HR duties
- Acting as a central point of contact for employees
- Coordinating with hiring managers to develop job specifications
- Arranging interviews and conducting pre-screening calls
Key Skills
- Previous Human Resources experience
- CIPD Level 3 or higher (Desired)
- Training and development experience
- Recruitment experience
- Payroll and HR systems experience
