Client Details

Our client is a high-growth global technology start-up embarking on an exciting period of change. With a team of c.50 and ambitious plans to scale, the business is professionalising its People function to support its next phase of growth.

Customer-centricity, high performance, and wellbeing are at the heart of their culture, and they are now looking for a Head of People to help embed these values while building strong HR foundations.

Description

As Head of People, you will report directly to the CEO and lead a small team to shape and deliver an effective, people-centred HR function. This role is both strategic and operational, offering the opportunity to build and scale the People function in a growing, dynamic organisation.

Key areas of focus include:

  • Designing and implementing inclusive talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top tech talent
  • Establishing talent and performance management frameworks that support development and high performance
  • Leading management and leadership development initiatives to equip and empower people leaders
  • Driving culture and engagement programmes to create a thriving, customer-focused workplace
  • Embedding Diversity, Equity & Inclusion as a core business priority

It’s a fantastic opportunity for an impact-driven People leader who thrives in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and is passionate about creating a strong, scalable People function that enables both individuals and the organisation to succeed.

This is a fully remote role, though the business would ideally like someone based in the North West of England, as they are considering opening a UK hub in Manchester in the future.
