Head of Litigation – Plymouth
Are you a seasoned litigator ready to take the reins of a growing department? We’re looking for a dynamic and driven solicitor to lead a Litigation team with a multi-office practice in their Plymouth office.
The Role
This leadership role offers the chance to shape strategy, manage a varied caseload, and mentor a talented team. You’ll be handling:
- General litigation
- Property disputes
- Contentious probate matters
- (Bonus points for experience in personal injury, though it’s not essential)
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years’ PQE
- Proven ability to manage and grow a caseload
- Strong client care and communication skills
- Strategic mindset with a collaborative approach to leadership
