Client Details

We are exclusively partnering with a well-established membership body based in central London. They concentrate on advocating for and representing the field of health care regulations and provide lectures, seminars and forums for this.

Description

  • Maintaining the sales ledger.
  • Raising invoices and completing reconciliations ensuring all events are booked on and paid for by customers.
  • Managing AP/AR.
  • Uploading and mapping purchase invoices and expense forms.
  • Preparing the excel VAX file for payment authorisation.
  • Assisting the team with the audit.
  • Oversee the multiple finance email inboxes; answer queries.
  • Maintaining and updating financial records for audit purposes.

Profile

A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • Will be interested in finance and will be happy to take on the transactions work.
  • Excellent excel and Microsoft office skills- usage of finance systems would be a benefit.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Good understanding of finance principles including AP & AR.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Job Offer

  • An annual salary ranging from £25,200 to £28,800.
