Description
As a Credit Controller, your role responsibilities will include:
- Manage the receivables ledger, ensuring timely payment from clients
- Build and maintain effective relationships with clients
- Prepare monthly cash flow forecasts
- Produce monthly reports on debtor status
- Resolve any queries or issues with client accounts
- Collaborate with the accounting & finance team to achieve targets
- Contribute to the improvement of systems and processes
- Comply with all regulatory requirements and company policies
Profile
A successful Credit Controller should have:
- Experience in a similar role
- Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
- Exceptional numerical and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A results-driven attitude and the ability to work well under pressure
