Job Title: Court of Protection Associate/Senior Associate- Top 100 Law Firm
Salary: £60,000-£80,000
PQE Level:NQ-4PQE
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our client, a Top 100 law firm, is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Associate into their London office with 0-4 PQE.
The team is highly ranked and benefits from strong clinical/medical negligence practices.
Work will include managing high value settlements via trusts and deputyships, care arrangements, statutory will applications.
The successful candidate will be focusing solely or predominantly on court of protection matters and will have in depth understanding of the procedures and related litigation and have experience working with clients who are impacted by serious injury or illness.
