Band / Pay Scheme: Band 5- up to £32
Location: Community-based (Various local service locations across HCRG Care Group contracts)

We welcome applications from both newly qualified ( preceptorship supported) and experienced Band 5 Registered Nurses who possess a passion for community healthcare:

Qualifications: First-level Registration (RGN / Adult Nursing) with a current, active NMC registration and license to practice.

Essential Mobility: Full UK driving license and access to a vehicle for work purposes (essential for travel across the geographical patch).

Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Effective organizational skills with the ability to work autonomously and manage time efficiently.

Flexibility and adaptability to support a 7-day service model/rota where applicable.
