Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor – Plymouth

Are you a commercially minded litigator ready to take the next step in your career? My client are looking to recruit a talented Commercial Dispute Resolution Solicitor to join their dynamic and growing team in Plymouth.

This Legal 500 ranked practice are a forward-thinking law firm with big ambitions. Their dispute resolution team is thriving and now is an exciting time to join as they are in a period of significant growth.

The Role:
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial disputes, including:

  • Commercial and property litigation
  • Breach of contract claims
  • Shareholder and director disputes
  • Contentious probate
  • Asset and debt recovery
  • Alternative dispute resolution

You’ll work with a diverse client base from individuals and SMEs to larger corporates providing strategic advice and guiding them through complex, high-stakes disputes. You’ll handle matters from start to finish, including drafting pleadings, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in mediations and court proceedings.

Requirements:
Our client ae interested in speaking with confident, capable litigators with a commercial mindset and a passion for problem-solving. You’ll need:

  • 2-5 years’ PQE (as a guide) in commercial litigation
  • Strong technical knowledge and drafting skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A genuine interest in business development
