Chief Operating Officer – Leisure & Lifestyle Community Business – Manchester

Location: Northwest– Head office, must live on patch from Manchester to London  

 Salary: £120,000 – £150,000 + package

We’re partnering with a dynamic and fast-growing leisure and lifestyle business embarking on an exciting phase of national expansion. With a well-established presence and a clear vision for scale, the business is now looking for a Chief Operating Officer to drive operational performance, support the founders, and build the infrastructure for growth across the UK. This is a UK role with international travel experience in this field would be a needed

As COO, you will be the key operational driver for the business, working directly with the founders to scale operations, introduce systems and processes fit for growth, and ensure the business remainsvalues driven as it expands.
