Executive Chef – Well know Restaurant Group
Location: New York, Midtown
Salary: $120,000 – $125,000 DOE + Bonus + Benefits!
My Client is a reputable Hospitality brand who are opening a brand new location in Midtown. They value personality and drive in their staff members and push people to achieve their highest potential. They are looking for a talented CDC to sperahead this new opening and lead a team to success! This individual will need extensive knowledge in Mediterranean Cuisine, strong leadership skills and can manage a fast-paced kitchen enviroment.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day to day running of the Kitchen
- Train and mentor staff
- Ensure service standards are upheld at all times
- Ensure Health and Safety standards are maintained at all times, taking corrective action as necessary
Ideal candidate:
- Minimum 3 years expereince in a managerial Kitchen position
- Work well within a team
- Have a positive attitude and great leadership qualities
- Have a flexible working schedule
