Description

Bookkeeper Duties:

  • Maintain and update financial records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions efficiently.
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies as they arise.
  • Prepare and submit financial reports in a timely manner.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for the Accounting & Finance team.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies.
  • Support the team with any ad hoc accounting tasks as required.
  • Support with Payroll.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

  • Previous experience in bookkeeping or a similar accounting role.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical skills.
  • Knowledge of financial regulations and best practices within the industry.
  • The ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
