Description

As an Analytics Engineering Manager, you will take ownership of the entire suite of data models within the company’s data warehouse, playing a critical role in delivering high-quality data products that drive business decisions. You’ll lead a team of three Analytics Engineers, work hands-on with tools like SQL, dbt, and Snowflake, and collaborate with stakeholders across the business. This role involves improving data quality and efficiency, developing scalable data solutions, and contributing to the overall vision for data and analytics. Profile

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive impactful data initiatives. You’ll have:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in SQL and dbt for data transformation and modeling, along with experience working with cloud-based data warehouses, preferably Snowflake.
  • Data Visualization Expertise: Hands-on experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Metabase to create compelling dashboards and effectively communicate insights.
  • Leadership & Mentoring: A proven track record of managing or mentoring analytics or engineering teams, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: A knack for innovative solutions to complex data challenges, with a focus on quality and efficiency in data products.
  • Project Management: The ability to structure and lead data initiatives, ensuring timely and successful delivery while maintaining high standards.
