- Service is 7 days 8:00 – 20:00 (flexi shifts available)
- Location Base: Mellor House, Tamworth
- Full Time or Part Time
- Essential: – Registered Healthcare Professional
- Physical Health Assessment qualification level 6 or 7
- V300 Prescriber
- To Start – ASAP
- Must be a car driver and have own transport
- Senior clinical decision maker, able to work autonomously
