This role is for a focused and proactive Administrator who will be providing comprehensive administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support Department based in West Malling.

While they have a robust team of professionals, they are looking to expand their Secretarial & Business Support department based in West Malling.

Description

  • Providing administrative support to the Secretarial & Business Support department.
  • Managing correspondence and responding to enquiries professionally and promptly.
  • Ordering office supplies.
  • Filing, archiving and maintaining accurate records.
  • Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Upholding confidentiality and adhering to data protection regulations.
  • Contributing to the overall efficiency of the team through proactive involvement.

Profile

A successful Administrator should have:

  • Immediately available and able to commit to a 6-9 month FTC
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • A keen attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.

Job Offer

  • A competitive salary in the region of £23,500 – £26,500.
