We are partnering with a world-renowned Italian restaurant group to recruit a Pastry Sous Chef

Join a stunning seafood-led Italian restaurant inspired by the refined flavours of the Italian Riviera, in the heart of London. We are seeking a skilled Pastry Sous Chef to join the team at this elegant, high-volume venue.

The Role:

  • Support the Head Pastry Chef and pastry team in delivering high-quality Italian desserts
  • Work across all pastry sections in a busy, high-volume kitchen
  • Maintain impeccable standards of presentation and consistency
  • 48-hour week
  • Kitchen closes at 11pm

The Ideal Pastry Sous Chef:

  • Proven experience in a quality pastry kitchen – fine dining or high-volume environment
  • Strong classical pastry skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure
  • Passion for Italian cuisine and elegant presentation
  • Team player ready to support and develop junior staff
