Job Title: Property Litigation Director- Boutique City law firm
Salary: £90,000-£100,000
PQE Level: 10+
Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-Time
Our longstanding client, a high-quality boutique City law firm, is looking to recruit an ambitious Property Litigation Director into their high-quality standalone team.
The firm is well known in the real estate space and the property litigation team works with HNWIs, occupiers, asset managers, investors, developers and privately owned companies.
They work on both commercial property and residential property litigation matters
- Commercial property lease renewals, forfeiture and rent review
- Lease covenant disputes and enforcements
- Boundary disputes
- Dilapidation claims
- Money claims
- Residential property matters for landlords, agents and leaseholders
- Secured lenders in relation to large portfolio enforcement cases

You will be E&W qualified with at least 10 years PQE gained within UK law firms specialising in property litigation. It is essential that your property litigation expertise is across both commercial and residential property.
