Description
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing a large ledger of 500+ accounts, ensuring accurate records of all customer correspondence
- Liaising with customers (including senior stakeholders such as Finance Directors) regarding overdue invoices and payment queries
- Handling complex disputes arising from mergers & acquisitions, negotiating partial payments while queries are resolved
- Producing weekly and monthly cash collection forecasts
- Working closely with Account Managers and other internal departments to resolve customer queries and maintain strong relationships
Profile
What We’re Looking For
- Able to commit to minimum 3 month temporary contract
- 5+ years’ experience in Credit Control (shared service centre background would be highly advantageous)
- Strong communication skills, with confidence speaking to senior stakeholders
- Used to working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Self-driven, proactive, and autonomous – able to go beyond transactional tasks and add real value
