Description
The Plot Sales Paralegal will be:
- Preparing and sending contract packs to buyer’s solicitors
- Managing enquiries and maintaining precedent replies
- Liaising with developer clients and agents throughout the process
- Supporting exchange and completion procedures under supervision
- Handling post-completion tasks including file closure
Profile
The Plot Sales Paralegal should be:
- A paralegal or equivalent with 1+ years’ experience in plot sales or residential conveyancing
- Highly organised with the ability to manage a high-volume caseload
- Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in IT and able to meet tight deadlines
- A collaborative team player with a proactive approach
