Seeking now a Sous Chef to be responsible for supporting the leadership team in managing kitchen operations, overseeing food preparation and quality, and leading the team to deliver a great culinary experiences.

Sous Chef requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in a similar kitchen leadership role in an upscale, high-end environment
  • Skilled in managing inventory, schedules, and food safety compliance
  • Knowledgeable in all kitchen operations
  • Strong ability to train staff and maintain high culinary standards
  • STRONG attention to detail
