As a HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to business leaders within the Facilities Management sector. This role is based in London and requires a comprehensive understanding of the Human Resources department.

  • Provide strategic HR support to business leaders

  • Ensure all HR operations align with the company’s business goals
  • Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and facilitate the recruitment process
  • Oversee performance management and employee development initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with legal and company HR policies
  • Report and advise on HR metrics to guide strategic business decisions

Profile

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field (CIPD Qualified)
  • Proficient understanding of HR best practices and current regulations
  • Experience in a strategic HR role within the Facilities sector
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
