We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR to support a small, dynamic organisation during a period of change. This is a full time or 4 day per week role, requiring 2 days per week on-site in the East Midlands, with flexible working.

Description

  • Provide strategic HR guidance to senior leadership and act as a trusted adviser.
  • Lead on employee relations, including handling complex cases and supporting line managers.
  • Review and update HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance and best practice.
  • Support organisational change, including restructures, new systems etc
  • Oversee recruitment and retention strategies to attract and engage talent.

Profile

You will be a senior HR professional with experience at the ‘Head of’ level with proven experience in leading HR functions within small organisations. You’ll be confident, pragmatic, and hands-on, with excellent knowledge of employment law and a commercial approach to HR. Experience managing change and supporting leadership teams is essential.
